Day 1

Welcome to Puglia: Between Villages, Trulli, and Pugliese Flavors

Upon arrival at Bari or Brindisi airport, we’ll transfer you to your hotel in the Valle d’Itria for a day of relaxation. After check-in and lunch, unwind from the journey and visit Polignano a Mare, a jewel perched on the Adriatic

Day 2

Alberobello, Locorotondo

The day begins with a meet-and-greet with your guides, followed by a briefing and bike setup. Today’s cycling journey will take you through the splendid Itria Valley, visiting some of the region’s most iconic sites, including Alberobello, famed for its UNESCO-listed Trulli, and the enchanting village of Locorotondo, ranked among Italy’s most beautiful towns. Along the way, immerse yourself in a scenic landscape of ancient olive trees, emblematic of Puglia’s agricultural heritage. During the day, you’ll also have the chance to visit a traditional mozzarella farm and discover the secrets behind this cherished local product.

Day 3

Valle d’Itria: Through Villages, Trulli, and Pugliese Flavors

Start your day with a new cycling itinerary through the stunning Valle d’Itria, revealing some of Puglia’s most charming villages like Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and Cisternino as you pedal through landscapes brimming with history and beauty. Ride along the renowned Pugliese Aqueduct Cycle Route, a trail celebrated for its natural and cultural significance, winding between centuries-old Trulli, dry stone walls, and olive trees. Each stop will immerse you in local culture, from the Baroque grandeur of Martina Franca to the whitewashed alleys of Cisternino, with breathtaking views over Locorotondo. Savoring local specialties along the way, this itinerary offers a unique experience for those seeking the true essence of Puglia in its nature, culture, and flavors.

Day 4

Cycling Through History and Nature

Today, set off on your bikes for a captivating ride along the Pugliese coast. Along the way, visit the picturesque fishing village of Savelletri, the ancient Roman ruins of Egnazia, and the splendid town of Monopoli. During the ride, enjoy a stop for an olive oil tasting. After lunch, you can choose to continue the bike tour or return, soaking in the stunning coastal views.

Day 5

Farewell to Puglia
